Terms of Service
The following Terms of Service is a legal contract between an individual user and RS Logistics regarding the use of RS Logistics website and services.
Modification of Terms
At our discretion, RS Logistics may edit, add, or remove parts of this agreement. If we do make changes to these Terms of Service, we will make a reasonable effort to provide notice.
Details Terms of Service
All service offered is from 8am to 6pm (Office hours), except After Office Hours Service.
The fees stated include a driver and transfer of good door to door. They DO NOT include storage, dismantling and assembly of the goods. If there is dispute, customer must contact Customer Service at +65 8323 4368 before the commencement of the job. If RS Logistics is contacted following the completion and payment of such job, RS Logistics will not be able to provide compensation to the customer.
In case of additional charges being requested by the driver, and if these charges were not part of the original delivery order, it is Customer's obligation to inform RS Logistics Customer Service of these charges prior to paying the driver.
Additional Helper (on top of Driver)
Driver’s help : no additional charge
Additional help : +$30
RS Logistics will provide packaging material per request. Price will be provided by Driver.
Additional CBD Charges applies between 630am to 830pm (Pick up / Delivery) : +$5
A list of areas affected by CBD surcharge include but are not limited to:
Anson road, Beach road, Bencoolen road, Boat Quay, Bugis Street, Cairnhill Circle, Cecil Road, Chinatown, City Hall, High Street, Marina Bay, Middle Road, North Bridge road, Orchard road, People’s Park, Raffles Place, Rochor road, Shenton Way, Suntec City, Tanjong Pagar, Victoria street.
Secured Zone : Additional $15 per pick-up/ delivery including but not limited to:
• Jurong Island
• Jurong Port
• PSA Port
• SATS, Aerospaces
• Airport Cargo Road
• Airport Zone
• ALPS Ave
• Immigration Checkpoints
• Construction Sites
• Supply Bases
Waiting Fee for First 10 mins: Free of charge
+$2 per additional 10min block part therof for waiting (Pick up / Delivery)
Once Order is Paid and Confirmed online, NO REFUND will be provided. Below refund will be provided on case by case basis but RS Logistics has full right on Final Decision.
For immediate orders: $2 is charged if a User cancels 5 minutes after being matched to the driver.
For advance orders with delivery on the same day: $2 is charged if a User cancels 60 minutes or less before the pickup time.
For advance orders with delivery not on the same day: $5 is charged if a User cancels 60 minutes or less before the pickup time.
For driver who is on the way to order destination: Driver will call to confirm the order prior to departing. If delivery is confirmed with the driver then and a cancellation is made when driver is on the way to the location or when driver has already reached the location, 50% of the order fee charges will be applied.
Wrong Address Charge
Customer will be charged the price of an additional trip from the original address to the new address provided. The price will be according to the standard transportation fee and additional stop charge.
Additional Stop Charge
Additional stops are charged depending on the vehicle requested to perform the job. Orders with multiple stops will incur an additional charge of S$8.00 per stop.
RS Logistics reserves the right to terminate access to our site and block future use of our services if we deem these Terms of Service have been violated.
